Returns and Cancellations
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legal provisions, you have 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from Berserk Media Group, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded; the return shipping costs will remain your responsibility.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), allowing them to be resold as new, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice for optimized management.
We recommend that returns be made by registered mail with insurance for the value of the returned merchandise.
